Malte Spitz

Malte Spitz is a member of the National Executive Committee of the German Greens (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen). He was born in 1984 and has been a member of the National Executive Committee of the German Green Party since 2006. Prior to it, he was Secretary-General of the German Young Greens and in the meantime chairperson of the German National Committee for International Youth Work (DNK) . The main focus of his political work is on media, new media and privacy. He is also responsible for economics and civil rights politics.

Malte Spitz studied economic science at the Humboldt University Berlin and is now studying political science in Hagen. He lives in Berlin and is member of the CCC (Chaos Computer Club) and NNM (Network New Media).
