Giuseppe de Martino
Giuseppe de Martino is since 2007 SVP, General Counsel and Head of Public Affairs at Dailymotion, the world largest independent videos sharing site. Giuseppe is simultaneously President of ASIC (French trade association of the Internet Community Services). He has spent more than 8 years at AOL France as General Counsel and Head of Public Affairs and was President of AFA (French trade association of the Internet Acces and Service Providers). Prior to joining AOL, Giuseppe served notably as Deputy General Counsel for the pan-European TV channel ARTE.
He received a DESS (6 year university degree) of Media Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a DEA (5 year university degree) of IP Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He is a Vice-President of Cercle Montesquieu (French General Counsels’; Association).
